Welcome to the multicultural hour, were I my self Amber Pina, a professor of multiculturalism at New York University, occupy this hour to debate Multiculturalism and the spiral results that it has on learners and educators. The Portland Public Colleges offers an instance of a multicultural training program that has been carried out on account of a group-huge mandate (Porter, 1986). In reflecting alone school and our response to multicultural training, I have been thinking exhausting on what we’re doing properly.
